high doses of ventolin & leg cramps

On lots of nebulised ventolin and leg cramps starting up again - any ideas how to help/prevent them?

yes - i eat salted mixed nuts and drink TONS of water. Think mine can be worse at night time.

Ventolin nebs lower the potassium level in your blood- try bananas, apricots or raisins :)

IIRC, they are steroids. Steroids need protein in order to work efficiently, and if you don't eat enough they will cause muscle wastage which is painful. Can you eat a little more protein (meat)? I hope you're on the mend quickly, giraffes. Smile
