Anyone know where I can find out exercises for Diastasis Recti

I have been doing crunches for the last year and have noticed no chnage at all in my stomach. I read about diastasis recti and tested myself and I have it. I cant find the exercises for this, anyone got these? Thanks

My Womens doctor told me to do side sit ups with a towel wrapped around my waist - holding tightly to the ends and pulling together.

Also side bending exercises - holding a broomstick across the shoulders and bending left and right to twist the core.

You may need physio support -and also I can't explain the exercises very well!!

Doing crunches alone can make it worse - so be careful.
