quick question (stomach pain, what will they do at A and E?)

I have had a pain to the right of my belly button which hasn't gone away for a few weeks - had thought it might be period related (I have PCOS and endometriosis) but it hasn't changed with my cycle and in the last two days it has been considerably worse and today I have weird numbness in my right arm and leg. Am just arranging childcare so that I can take myself to A and E (DH is on a sport holiday with his DB, great timing) - I am quite phobic about hospitals, in particular about surgery (bad experience with death of my DF) and am wondering what they will do when I get there - will they ultrasound me? Blood tests?
I don't have a fever, don't have constipation, have mild feelings of nausea due to pain. It really hurts when I press it.
Any experience of what might happen when I get there?

They may do an X-ray or possibly a CTscan. They will probably do several blood tests and take a urine sample.
That will determine what they do next I would think.
You might be asked to fast.
Poor you, I hope they sort you out very soon.
