Its me again. I feel like i post something new up here every day!!
Anyway, the question is simple, can a 9 week old have teething problems of is this just way too early. For the past week she has been chewing her fist - chewing not sucking, to the degree that she has left a red ring mark, similar to that of a bite ( if she had teeth) when i bather her tonight playing with her she really got excited about my finger in her mouth and full on started to chew and gnaw, getting really excited an all kinda jerky in her movements... she has begun to have an increase in saliva, but not dribbling as such. I have looked to see if theres anything there and i swear i see two little white dots ( front lower) i am hoping that its just the very very start and that these actions will clear up and she will teeth at the right time. Anyone else had this? I also heard that its not a good thing if their teeth start coming at such an early age as it means they are not as strong??

Hi, teething can start at a very early stage. You might not see evidence of teeth as such, but it is normal for the chewing and dribbling episodes. My sister was born with two teeth!
