Right I need to boost both DDs immune systems. How?

Both DDs have been really ill recently. In fact DD2 is still poorly. What can I do to get them back to full health? Anyone got any recommendations please?

They eat a fair bit of fruit and veg already. in fact DD2 would eat the fruit bowl til it was empty on a daily basis if I let her!
