Hi,
I have been suffering from arthritis for several years now, sometimes so bad I could hardly walk. Have tried several supplements etc, none made much difference. I wanted to try every natural remedy I could before going on meds.
I have been taking Krill oil for a few months now and am virtually pain free! I feel normal again, can get on the floor to play with the kids etc.
I am so excited by this, and if one other person can benefit from this, I would be happy, hence posting this.... I hope it helps someone else...

I'm glad you've found some relief!

Is it rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis Qwerty? And where do you get it from?

QwertyQueen · 20/07/2012 13:20

Mine was a weird one, pallandronic....
You can get the Krill oil online, but I get it from my health shop,
Really hope it helps...

amillionyears · 20/07/2012 13:49

Krill oil is fish oil?
do you eat it or rub it on?
And how long have you been taking it,and how often? Thanks.

Oooh - how interesting!

My poor mum has arthritis in her knee and is really suffering Sad

What shop can you buy krill oil from?

cocolepew · 20/07/2012 20:18

Looking online its also good for PMT and painful periods . Its a high dose of omega 3.

cocolepew · 20/07/2012 20:19

You can get it in Holland and Barratt.

QwertyQueen · 20/07/2012 20:28

I am not in the UK, but I am sure the Heath shops there stock it.
It is also good for lowering cholestorol and is a strong anti oxidant. It is much more potent than fish oil, you can read more here:

I have been taking 2 twice a day but often forget altogether, then when I feel a twinge I just start again.

Please do post back here if it works for you??

Oh will give that a try, thanks. I've also started a wheat free diet & that has made such a difference. I suggest anyone gives that a go also!
