Hi, I don't know what I've done to it. I haven't really done anything out of the ordinary, but it's really sore. Usually when I first sit down, bend over or if I'm on the loo.
Does any one have any idia why this could be, or how to help it heal? Thanks. Smile

i have a sore coccyx too, i have a 19 month DD and I attribute it to carrying her around. One thing that helped was changing the height of my chair at work - i can't for the life of me remember if i moved it higher or lower but it definitely helped - don't know if that is of any relevance for you :)

I got one from sledging with my ds and flew over a bump landing on it hard. It actually took ages and ages to heal properly (over a year), wasn't hugely painful after a week or so, but could easily get painful sitting on certain chairs etc. It's ok now.
