i put on 2 stone with each pg, the 1st time after dd1 was born i did WW and lost the 2 stone. the 2nd time it was much more difficult, having 2 children to look after left me with much much less time to plan my meals, write down all the points, weigh every morsel etc. plus dd1 wanted to eat was i was eating (because she was older and noticed, obv.) and i didnt like it - ie i didnt like her eating fat free yoghurts, skimmed milk, 3 apples for her tea etc

so this time round i have a rule (youll probably think im stupid but its working)

nothing before teatime except cereal with skimmed milk (2 bowls a day), toast with flora light (2 slices a day) and black tea

then i have a normal tea (today i had chicken curry) and a martini (or 2)

actually today i had 3 bowls of rice crispies and 3 slices of toast but it still works

just live on cereal and toast, with a normal tea

Well CC you have done fantastically well helping me stay off the evil weed so maybe we should start a slimmers thread for ex smokers and see if we can keep the momentum going, I seriously need to loose about 7-9 stone and I'm not seeking any "oh I bet you don't" and "what do you meen you look great" comments I really do need to loose that much.
