dd 8mths has had sickness and the runs since wed tea time, she also has a cough, would not take any food yesterday tho she did have her milk she has been taking water, is there anything i can do other than letting it run its course (was also ill myself yesterday) 
want to make her all better and I can't and I'm getting upset coz she is upset
