Feeling Down

I don't know what's got into me lately and I seem to be taking it all out on my kids and dh. I work full time and am currently pg but having a tough time at work ever since I have told them I was pregnant which is also getting me down. I am so stressed and tired in the evenings and weekends. dh is a great dad but often works late or away, so my evenings are one big rush. When he comes home theres no time for anything - he's too exhausted to talk. Weekends aren't much better either

Does anyone else feel like this?

All the time sadface.
You really have your hands full at the moment.

Could you not employ a cleaner for a couple of hours a week?

Ask a member of family if they could watch the kids whilst you have an hours kip and recharge your batteries.

Get out once in awhile with your dh to give you both something to look forward to and to give you that much needed break.
HTH
take care

I would suggest getting some fresh air every day (hopefully at lunchtime) even 10 mins should help.
Don't do anything just sit in it close your eyes if that helps - even if its raining go for a short 2/3 min walk round the block.
It really helped me through some hard times.
