My hospital dietician recommended Centrum so been taking these, but just done an online search and a lot of sites say that Centrum just have good marketing and suggest other brands (but they are not available where I live.
So now I am confused.
Are there any medical people on here wo can advise me?
Due to the drugs I am taking (post chemo and treatment) a lot of my vitamins are being flushed away (known side effects) and the dietician is concerned because I am not eating as well as I should.
Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you
