WTF is going on with my periods?

Angry

All my life my cycle was 28 days, with very, very occasional +/- a day or two.

Since DD (3.5yo) birth, it went down to 26-27 days. Last year it's been 26, with an occasional 25 and one 24 days. Just got another after 24 days.

Is it a perimenopause? I've been rather stressed for last year or two, could that mess with your cycles?

I'm 32, btw.

Pregnancy & childbirth definitely does affect future periods. It was the other way round for me...never had a regular period ever until after DS, then it's been every 28 days on the button.

To be honest, I don't think a four day variation would be clinically considered "irregular". Annoying for you, but pretty irrelevant and not something to be concerned about in the slightest I'd have thought.

But, of course, you must speak to your GP if you're worried.
