grrr stupid pillock that i am i fell over and have done something to my arm. cant go anywhere yet as dd1 at brownies.

and i cant work out how to do capitals with one hand

I do sympathise. I thought I might be heading there myself earlier. Stubbed my toe on rocking chair and it hurt beyone anything reasonable. Post ice pack it's ok.

Is your hand and fingers a normal colour? Have you got feeling in them?

yes wrist outstretched, had swollen, little finger sticking oiut and hnd all tingly and veiny looking. really more bothered about havinng to go to a and e.

well that was a fun evening, anyway home now, probably fractured bone in wrist that doesnt show up on xrays but obviously not sure, got a splint, finger jut bruisseda na should return to non sticking out position soon. so not too bad really.
