Open water swimming and breastfeeding

This might sound daft but I have just completed the great north swim and wondered if anyone has any advice on whether it is safe to breastfeed? i pumped and dumped for 24 hours after and haven't shown any signs of sickness from swallowing half the lake has anyone any idea if it is safe to carry on feeding. I should add my baby is 3 and half months old and combination fed due to damaged milk ducts so she is still getting fed formula and I also usually give her a few ounces of breast milk as well.
Thanks

your not sick and its pretty unlikely that any nasties are going to get into your milk and not make you sick....
don't see why you wouldn't carry on feeding.

All you would need to do is wash your breasts! Your milk is fine.

thanks for advice, I was just concerned because the lake is quite polluted and I swallowed what felt like gallons of it, plus I googled like a demon and couldnt find any info at all, that probably should have told me something, anyways thanks again
