Has anyone experienced dry flushes, red skin but not hot or sweaty?

This isn't a menopause question as far as I know and its not about people who suffer from long term blushing which I know is hard to live with. This started a few months ago for me.

I've been googling and apparently "dry flushes" are a recognised symptom. I get like "blocks" of red almost stamped in oblongs across my chest and face. Only lasts a few minutes. I'm currently trying to get to the bottom of upper body pain (stomach chest arms) that I've had for nearly a year, am due to have yet more tests, but I have read that this dry flushing business can indicate pancreas problems.

Bit of a long shot, but anyone else?
