Im having a scan tomorrow but got a throat infection

Im due to have an mri scan tomorrow but ive got a seriously sore throat, its swollen and got yellow streaks on it, I feel achey and hot. Should I cancel my appt or still go?

Phone them and ask. It shouldn't stop the scan but you might not feel up to it.

BTW it sounds like tonsilitis.

Thanks, will give them a call, I'll be upto having the scan.
I'll be popping up the doc's on monday if it hasn't got better
