Weird sore lump on my stomach

I have a squashy sore lump under the skin nearish my belly button. I went to the doctor with it about a month ago and she said it would go away. This week it's gotten bigger, very sore and feels as if it's full of liquid (no head, dammit). Wtf is this beast? When i lie on my stomach it hurts. Can't get in at doctor until next Thursday.

Hernia?

Is it red/infected looking?

If not, I was thinking hernia too....

I always thought hernias were big donut shaped things, for some reason. It looks a bit darker and more raised then the other skin. I wish i could pop it.

I would have guessed hernia too. DH thinks he has one near his groin. But it just be an excuse to get me to look at his willy.

It's an infected sebaceous cyst! Saw a lovely jolly doctor and now have hardcore antibiotics. V glad it's not a hernia.

Dh is on way back from a&e his is a hernia and needs an op!
