Mouth Ulcers-Any natural remedies?

I have one on the side of my tongue. It's so painful.

Swish your mouth with warm salt water - tastes gross but it works! I'd probably also try and increase you vit C intake as that would help boost your immune system in general.

Thanks zippy. I have tried it, and this afternoon it definitely seems less angry. I have a cold and a barking cough so a bit run down. I agree a vitamin would be a good idea,
