Bite/graze on DHs arm is hot/red wwyd?

DH had what be a bite or a graze that he didnt notice getting on his arm a few weeks ago. Its never really healed very well (he normally heals really quickly) and its now gone a bit red (he's very dark/olive skinned so hard to tell how red iyswim) and its very warm a little swollen, its also feels quite hard.

WWYD obviously he needs to get it looked at, but does he need a trip to the walk in clinic/OOH doctors?

I would just ring your OOH for advice, they might treat him over the phone. Have you got some antihistamine for the itching?

Only got the kids antihistamine, actually ive just realised there's a new open late pharmacy opened its only a mile down the road, ill send him there, im sure a pharmacist would know if it needed looking at straight away.
