have you been to the gp? They can do tests to determine what made you ill.
Maybe contact evironmnental health and ask for their advice

Thanks i will do that. am hopingits just a coincidence as i love the hotel but will stop going if
its caused this.

I have to say I think it's a bit harsh to name the hotel when you don't know what's caused it. Quite often if one person comes down with a tummy bug then other close family members will catch it from the first infected person.

Hope everyone is better soon.

insancerre · 11/06/2012 15:53

I've just looked at tripadvisor and the hotel has a dreadful reputatio
ranked 78 out of 82 hotels
which means there are 4 worse

Ooh we have always aspired to staying in Norbreck Castle, tis considered a bit upmarket....what did you all eat that DS did
not eat?

VivaLeBeaver · 11/06/2012 15:54

I take it back. Someone found a dead rat under their bed!

Combinearvester · 11/06/2012 16:06

But it is in the shape of a castle and its right on the seafront! What's not to like? Apart from rats and food poisoning, of course.

DilysPrice · 11/06/2012 16:10

I used to love the Norbreck Castle, but it was many many years ago. Agree that the correct course of action is to report to GP and environmental health.
