a mini tub of ben and jerrys coookie dough, and drank loads of coke. i feel a bit of a sugar rush so am going to test my blood sugars just out of curiousity.

hmmmm not too happy bout that. its been a year now( i had gestional diabetes), and i havent lost weight, so i guess i need to get moving on that.

and ouch!!! i had forgotton how much that hurt!
