got dd2 appointment thro today for another trip to paediatrics/cardio and its for the 22nd dec. i'm in shock, wasnt expecting an appointment for ages. now its come thro i'm thinking 'why cant be after xmas??'

misdee, just seen this thread, do you want to talk about it? whats going on?

Good luck for then Misdee. I've been off the computer since thursday night, so didn't see this.

survivor. about a month ago now dd2 was seen in paediatrics about food intolerneces. they picked up an odd sound on heart, and asked me to go back to my gp so je could have a listen and decide what to do. so he did, and referred her straight back to the hospital. he said it could be a murmur, but wants it investigated properly as dh has DCM. so i'm hoping it was just a blip, or a small murmur that wont cause problems.

misdee - I hope the appointment brings you good news and that you have an extra reason to celebrate at Christmas. xxx

We will be thinking of you on the 22nd, try not to worry too much, my baby had open heart surgery on 18th February 2003, at 6 and a half months old,he is now the picture of health, anything I can help you with at all, just ask, or e-mail me. I am here for you........
