Teething at two months

My 8 week old son has been teething for over a week now. It's getting worse and is affecting his sleep at nights. Can anyone suggest something I can do to help him, most teething remdies are for three months and over.

prob not teething yet maybe something else bothering him, he may well be chewing fists and producing more saliva but teeth prob won't come through for another few months yet, make sure is mouth isn't sore from thrush?

dd had 2 teeth at 10 weeks. is now 13mths and has 14...it can happen!
