DD bleeding from front bottom area

Hi

Not sure whether this is a case for NHS Direct or just wait until 2moro for GP. DD2 (2) is in pain when passing urine and so is therefore refusing to do so and has some spotting in her knickers. Can't see where the bleeding is coming from and can't find anything in the books. Any suggestions anyone?

uti or she may have scratched herself and it is sore. Is she drinking much ? Temperature or tummy pain otherwise ?
