Pregnant, blocked sinuses: what can I take?

I'm 19 wkd pregnant and have blocked sinuses with pouring clear mucus. Sneezing all the time. Can't take sudafed or vicks nasal spray - any ideas?

Try a spray called Sterimar from Boots. It's basically just saline solution in a spray, but it is very effective at clearing out sinus crap. It is fine for use in pregnancy (label says so).

I'm using it at the moment as I'm BF and got horrid sinusitis. Yuk.

I love the olbas stick. Cheap too.

Steaming with a drop of olbas oil or karvol. The the saline sprays that you use on small children help , they take it out in layers......( vaseline for the end of your nose to stop soreness)
