She is out of the country at the moment, with my Dad, but will hopefully be travelling back at the weekend. She had the heart attack on Saturday and has had a stent out in, and sounds like she is making a good recovery, although she is still obviously pretty wiped out.
When she returns, she is determined to go home which is 100 miles away from me. I have two brothers, one that lives much closer to her and one that lives near me.
I'm not sure what to do when she returns. I have three small children, not possible help with Childcare in the next couple of weeks, and DH is working long hours in new job. It wouldn't,t make sense to go and stay with her with the DC, but it will be hard to leave them for too long. I will be able to get up to her for a couple of weekends, but really I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas abut how I could help her without actually needing to go up to stay as I won,t be able to do this anywhere as much as I wish I could.
I have made appointments for her to see a specialist on her return, and organised a wheelchair at the airports, but I'm stuck now.
Lovely sister-in-law has made some meals for her freezer, but I don,t have an oven at the moment. (hopefully 2weeks will have one!).
TIA
