..and I could quite happily go back to bed now.

I went to bed when DC did at 7:30pm and woke with the alarm at 6:50am. I don't feel ill, but don't have any ommph and haven't for a while TBH. Although I do manage to find the energy to keep arrangements and do what needs doing, I can't motivate myself to do anything extra to what's absolutely necessary.

I've had blood tests for thyroid and iron, all Ok. What can I do to get my ommph back?

Check your diet, are you eating bigger heavier meals? Try exercising more I noticed whenever I've had a week off I'm so much more tired by the end of the week!

You need your bloods doing, including thyroid levels.

If they come back okay, get some Rhodiola Rosea, Vitamin B complex, cut out refined sugar and any junk. Try to limit your carbs. Get some exercise, even if it's just a brisk walk each day. Cut out chocolate and don't rely on caffiene to keep you going as you can get rebound tiredness.
