I have anaemia due to fibroids and now they are bleeding again. (sorry, TMI)

Google is crap and won't tell me what to do. I started to take the iron pills again this morning but I'm really light headed and have a headache now. I've been bleeding for 10 days, it currently looks like nose bleed blood & clots though. I have a gynae appointment on Monday, I can't work out if I need to do anything now (before I pass out).

Bumping because my head hurts.

Sorry - didn't mean to sound abrupt ! I have fibroids but if you are bleeding so much that you feel like you might pass out, then you need to get some medical help as soon as you can. Are you on your own ?

It's OK. I usually tell people to call them as well. No, I'm with Ds. I found some Norethisterone in the kitchen so have taken one of those. It seems to be easing off a bit now. I only have 3 left though.
