Have got a nasty bout of sinusitus which just won't go - really yucky green snot so pretty sure it is a bacterial infection not an allergy.
Anyway - after looking on here, I ordered a Neilmed sinus washing thingy which arrived today. O.M.G! I have a clear head for the first time in 2 weeks!
Was very weird squirting water up one nostril and out the other, felt a bit like when you got water up your nose at the swiming baths. But it feels amazing once you've done it.
Got one for £10 ish with 60 sachets of salt - which once gone I'll look at whether I can just make up my own solution with salt/baking powder.
The squirty bottle is much easier to use than DS's sterimar spray which I had been having a go with.
