is this somethign i should be worried about, period for nay on 3 weeks..

is this premenopause. can i just ignore it.
it is about the 2nd or maybe third time it has happened. so am now keeping a diary.

when i say period, i mean day on day off 3 days on, then very light for the rest of the time. and last week cramping. which i never get.

You don't have to go to the Drs for menopausal symptons. If you are of an age Wink and think it's linked it probably is. But you could go if you wanted.

no, no it is helpful, thats defintely menopausal is it? continuous if light bleeding?

It can send it haywire, lighter ones, bleeding on and off, heavy prolonged bleeding. One friend bled for 3 months another didn't for a year. The joys of womanhood.

Keeping a diary is a good idea.

Mine went from being able to set your watch by them to all over the place, 3 weeks, 1 week on, 1 off etc about months ago. So yes, it's sounding like the peri menopause.

no sweats yet, that was what confused me, but definately other various symptoms.
