Is there some kind of wierd stomach bug going round at the moment??

Started feeling ill suddenly on Thurs night with cramps, high temp, dizziness. The same night my 3 year old was sick 3 times, but fine the next day apart from a slight temp. Meanwhile I've been feeling ill ever since with constant churning stomach but no diarrhoea or vomiting. Temp and dizziness has been better today but still don't feel right. Anyone else?

Me too. Dh had it as well. Only the kids were sick, the rest of us are just dizzy and feeble.

Hope you feel better Rancer. I just want to be ok for the school run tomorrow (DH had to take Friday off as I couldn't get out of bed, but he can't take more time off work!).

I had something over the holidays when I had diarrhoea like cramps for a couple of days, felt sick and not much appetite, then on the third day the diarrhoea kicked in - nice! Bt it only lasted a day. Dd has had 2 separate episodes of being sick for one day and then fine the next. S I think. Here must've all sorts of yucky tummy bugs going round!

Oh thanks. I'm ok really, just lying down every so often but still working etc. Poor DH had his first sick day in 15 years! Hope you're better soon.

Yes, I had this a week ago. Sick one night/morning then felt nauseous for 3-4 days.

That's what I'm dreading Innat, the diarrhoea kicking in tomorrow. To complicate matters DS3 has a paed appointment 40 mins bus ride away and I am kind of dreading it (taking him and not feeling A1).

Oh zen I hope you're alright. I had to drive for a couple of hours with my kids that day. It was ok, not too desperate iykwim! Perhaps take some Imodium! Good luck
