Is anyone else really suffering with hayfever at the moment?

I'm a sneezing, itchy-eyed, itchy-nosed, snotty mess. Taking Clarityn, which is mildly helpful, but not nearly good enough. I'm still BF-ing so can't really take anything stronger. Last year I was pregnant and couldn't take anything, so it's a slight improvement.

Anyway, I just wondering if anyone else is suffering do you know what you're allergic to? I've only had this for the past two years - never had an allergy before in my life - and some have suggested rape-seed or birch pollen. Any ideas?

yes, yes yes, had it since I was little, but it seems to be getting earlier in the year.

4am this morning!

I always get it early in the season, for me it's the new tree pollen, i see my car dusted in it each morning.

I take Benadryl 8 hour tablets, it covers the early morning which is when the pollen starts to rise, and then I'm usually ok in the day, then take again at t-time/supper time as I get sniffy and itchy again as the pollen is falling.

Not yet -but DS has been complaining a little.

I am hoping that the damp weather is keeping it to a minimum.

It's a real PITA - and i hate taking the anti histamines as they make me zzzzzzzzzzzzz.
