I feel sick, I have 'disturbed' eyes, I have pressure across my forehead

But I have no pain

I don't know what it is but I don't like it Sad

What I meant to ask is "Should I take a pain killer or not"

It's odd to feel so rough but have no pain

something sinusy?? I'd take the painkiller, no need to be a hero!

Could be a different migraine?? Mine generally start with vomiting, continue with exploding head and a day in bed, eventually I stop throwing up and sleep and then I am fragile for a couple of days

But sometimes just for fun they change their approach and I get banging heads, visual nonsense and no sickness.

I've only ever had half a dozen or so & I definitely couldn't type with one

I generally get eye & sick & pain which only goes when I sleep

Hi it sound like ocular migraine I have had one and it was very strange, disturbed vision and nausea.
I went to sleep and it disappeared, is that an option?

Sounds like a migraine to me too, you can get them without the terrible pain and nausea etc. i wouldn't bother with a painkiller, it won't have any effect if there isn't any pain. An early night would probably help if you can get one.

Migraine. Lie in a dark room for 30-60 minutes, and you should slowly feel better. I nearly never get pain with occular migraine.

Painkiller, dark room, cold flannel and sleep in that order :)

Make sure you drink water too. Is it a dehydration headache?

Hope you are feeling better soon

Sleep helped

I think I'll go back to bed again now too
