Why do males go for "number two's" more than females?

Does anyone know?

Both DP and DS go to the loo twice a day but DD doesn't and I sometimes only go once a week.

I know its not a nice subject but just wondered why this was and if everyone else's family were the same.

I've always wondered this too! I go once a day and produce a specimen Gillian McKeith would be proud of. Dp goes 2-3 times a day doing it in dribs and drabs - and his stink!

What I don't understand is that we eat pretty much the same meals, so why does his body process it so differently?!!
