I have PCOS and have a problem with my weight. Its been increasing for years and diets/exercise haven't helped much. I started off skinny so I'm overweight. I'm not yet obese but I really don't want to get any fatter. Fortunately I don't suffer too badly with acne/hair growth. I've been reading about D-chiro-inositol and its effect on insulin resistance and wondered if anyone had tried soya lecithin?
