I have had this sickness bug and feel awful. I have stopped being sick - but now feel like I have flu.

Can I ask you guys how you cope being unwell and looking after a toddler? Finding it soooo hard. thanks

just sympathy hun, ive got it too but DH is on long term sick at the moment anyway, so is here to help out - GOD KNOWS what i would have done with an 18 month old and 15 week old in this state - i can barely stay awake let alone CARE for my kids

Can't you get anyone to take your toddler for a few hours?

My sympathies are with you

Well, I was sick recently and it was hard. Actually retching and ds was asking me to build a train track!

For me, the answer is DVDs and lots of them! I think it's one of the major downsides of being a SAHM actually, not being able to have time off sick.

Sorry, not much help am I?

Hope you feel better soon x

if once drugged up to the eyballs on the normal cold and flu remedies you still feel awful, then its time to draft in some help from somewhere and retire to bed.
yes its hard isn't it.
Also agree with Clayhead if you can persuade your toddler to snuggle down in front of a DVD for a while this can help.
