Hi - saw your post about using baby oil - did this get rid of the eggs as well? My daughter has head lice and I used baby oil last night - got quite a few out - tried again this morning - seem to have got them as I didn't find any this morning but my daughter is still scratching her head - any further tips gratefully received

Neetsmassi, this didn't get rid of the eggs, just keep combing every couple of days as some eggs may still hatch, but this comb works wonders at getting the eggs out. A bit pricey at £5.99 but IMO worth every penny and works wonders. I've tried loads of different combs, but this one is by far the best.
