I am recovering from a chest infection I have realised how badly I have stress inconvenience. It's affecting me a great deal and I want to get it sorted. Are exercises enough or should I buy one of those machines? If so which one. I want to try something before I go to GP as I am embarrassed and hoping i will be able to sort it myself.

exercises can help but if its just when you have coughs, i dont know what theyll do.
