Embarrassing vaginal mucous!

I've recently stopped the pill and had a period about 3 weeks ago, today I've had a bit of pain in my lower stomach and when I go for a wee theres mucous coming out of my vagina which looks like snot! Sorry if tmi but I can't describe it any other way. Has anyone got any ideas? Help!!

yip at the time of ovulation the mucous that pluhgs your cervix changes from being hostile to being v sperm friendly, it is normal for some of it to come away.
It is also normal for people comming off the pill to ovulate later in a cylce than you would normally expect.
If you contiue to have discharge or abdo pain would see your gp just incase.
