Hi everyone
Just wondering how the hell i can lose weight and what types of foods i should eat ? very confused and find information from doctor extremely vague and poor -
On metformin 3 times a day, 500mg, side effects been not too bad , sore stomach and the runs but nothing major.
Just need a pointer in the right direction and to ask if anyone in the same boat is following any particular diet thats working ?
any help would be much appreciated
