I have to write an assignment on nutrition and in it I need to include weird diets, eg; only eating grapefruits etc etc but I also need to know why they are "supposed" to be good!!
I haven't been able to find any on the net - so I am hoping you can help me, the more the better.
I need to know how long you should diet for and how much you would hope to lose and what the diet is!
