Moving to Hong Kong with an 8week baby

We are moving to hong kong for 3 months (potentially longer) shortly and my baby son will have just had his 8 week immunisations. Obviously i will be abroad for when hes due his follow-up jabs. Am i putting my baby at risk? The gp/hv have been rather evasive and said 'it wasnt ideal' but suggested i can get them done out there - Can I?! Are the vaccines different?? Does anyone know or have any advice?
Thanks
From a slightly apprehensive first time mum x

There are huge numbers of British expats in Hong Kong so you will almost certainly be able to find a doctor to follow the British immunisation schedule (I did when I was in Tokyo, and there aren't nearly so many expat Brits over there).

Might be worth reposting this on the Living Overseas board and asking for doctor recommendations?
