Aloepecia(sp?) help needed

18 year old neice very distressed, bald patch about size of 10p on head. Getting bigger and doc's not helpful at all. Didn't mention reason why, stress etc? Please help, any ideas needed.

unfortunately I don't think there is any cure .. check out gail porter and how she's dealing with it .. give her good role models .. find a good hairdresser / wigmaker
