This seems so trivial compared to others on here, but toothache from stress

Is driving me crazy!!! It's the front four teeth (rising up to my palate and cheek bones) and they are driving me wild! I don't want to continually chug painkillers, and bar de-stressing, is there anything else I can do?

Although i will be no help i totally sympathise with you , i have had this for the last month, top and bottom jaw on one side. Mine seems to be particulary bad in the evening, but painkillers and a glass of wine works wonders!!
My dentist suggested putting a pad of folded kitchen paper between teeth as he thought i might be clenching jaw, maybe give that a try.

I get this - when I am stressed I put pressure on my top front teeth with the bottom ones, and one of them especially really can start to hurt, including major heat sensitivity. I have to consciously try and stop myself doing it and it will settle down in a few days. Sensitive toothpaste rubbed onto the tooth does help a little to settle the worst moments but it doesn't stop the problem until I stop the pressure on it.
