Dizziness, sickness and generally feeling wiped out-anyone else got this?

My children have all been off school due to d and v, they are all better now but I have been wiped out by something and been in bed for the past three days, every time I try to get up I feel like I'm on a ship or drunk and I have to get back to bed. I have no appetite, have been sick a lot and have a headache and no oomph at all. Anyone else ever felt this dizziness?

Sounds like you need "building up" again. How about a liquid tonic, vitamin and mineral supplement and/or probiotics (order online if you can't face the shops!)? Drink lots of water too. Hope you feel better soon.
