cranial osteopathy and head shape

DD has had a flat spot on her head (plagiocephaly) since she was v small. Tight neck muscles after a forceps delivery meant she favoured one side and therefore her skull is flatter on one side. I wish I'd discovered cranial osteopathy at the time as I knew she was favouring one side and it seems like it or physio would have sorted her out. She is now 21mo. Does anyone think cranial osteopathy might help realign the plates in her skull now or would I be hoping for too much? She sleeps well, is developmentally spot on (if not a little bit ahead) so it would really be only for her head shape and maybe just in case she has headaches etc and can't articulate that her head hurts yet.

am interested in cranial osteop for our dd as well, newkid. dd is very fussy baby, often inconsoleable - thought maybe cranial osteopathy could help, especially as she was delivered with help of ventouse. Have you found out any more information on cr ost since previous post?

It is worth a visit or at least a phone call to discuss whether a visit might be worthwhile - at worst you'll find out that it can't help but you may find that they can do some realigning even at that age or even reveal some pressure points which they can relieve. Ours charged about £35 for an assessment on ds (who is 7) who has motor skill issues.

tbh I wish we'd taken him as a baby because he too was a ventouse delivery and irritable in his first few weeks, which we put down to colic, but seemed to grow out of it and hit developmental milestones until about 18/24 months. JFW I'd say it would be worth a visit. There is some information on what and how they can help here
