It is so annoying and bloody boring.

Anyone else have the same thing?

LOL

No carbs had here.

Iron was checked a while ago and all fine. Blood tests always are. TBH I have been to the sleep clinic and got a diagnosis as to why I am so tired but there isn't treatment and I was having a moan as it gets me down every now and again.

I have put up some pictures, put another wash load on and tided up a bit. I am having 5 minutes here and then need to go and get the kids.

I suppose I feel it is a waste of time when I have so much to do. I also wake up feeling out of it. I went to bed at half 8 last night and refused to get out of bed until 7.30am. I have done loads this morning and so far sast down for 10 minutes and not asleep yet.

Sit down. Warm drink. Blanket. Put timer on 30 or 40 mins.
Quick snooze of no more than 20 mins shouldn't make you feel out of it and might you make more energetic for the afternoon.

Try it and don't feel guilty!

Did you sleep for 11.5 hrs last night? Or do you lie awake?

fabwoman · 08/03/2012 13:09

I didn't sleep the full time as I woke a few times but I am hoping I banked a bit of extra sleep. It is like a switch, I have time checked and it was half an hour and then the tiredness just came over me.
