I had a laparoscopy and have been told that I had a pelvic nodule that they removed and have sent to be tested. This is the only information they have given me and apart from that I have found a small amount of info about it on google that says it is to do with endometriosis. Does anyone have any experience of pelvic nodules? Also anyone that has had a laparoscopy. How long is it before you can start exercising again, specifically running, all I have been told is not to lift heavy things for a week. Thanks.

About 6 weeks I think (exercise) sorry quick reply, I had the surgery last December. The recovery shouldn't be too bad.

No, sorry (nodules) I think gentle exercise like yoga should be okay till then just maybe be careful anything too vigorous. I didn't get much info either but when I checked the hospital's website there was some more info. They don't tell you much do they at times. Could you get a follow up appointment to ask them more? Good luck Smile
