And if so, did you notice any difference?

I've been taking it for about a month maybe more and Ive noticed some positive (and strange) things

I don't know whether I have noticed any difference, but it got my level up from 453 to over 1,000 remarkably quickly and I'm now on a maintenance dose.

I was taking 1,000mcg daily.

Either way, it's water soluble, so if you don't need it, you'll just pee it out.#

Are you taking it for pernicious anemia or something else?

I've never been checked for PA, but I am apparently hypothyroid and I had low B12, low ferritin and a Vitamin D deficiency.
