Reddish pink spots on my chest and near my belly

Hey all, I have reddish pink spots that have appeared on my chest and near my belly does anyone know what these could be ?

Are they tiny little dots? If they are I have these too and have been to see a dermatologist who said they are not harmful, I would say go and see one as mine checked all of my moles too. Very reassuring.

any chance you could have caught chicken pox? Have you been feeling rough in the last couple of days?
